SE series silicon carbide ceramic materials

SE series silicon carbide is a kind of self bonded fine grain alpha type silicon carbide, which is produced by adopting the innovative extrusion molding method and pressureless sintering with ultra-fine silicon carbide powder spray granulation. Its density is greater than 95% of the theoretical density.

It is an excellent substitute material for metals, graphite, glass, high-temperature alloys, and other ceramics, and can be widely used in extremely harsh environments such as fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, environmental engineering, lithium battery materials, technical ceramics, etc. with high corrosion, high temperature, and high wear.

SP series silicon carbide ceramic materials

SP series silicon carbide is a kind of self bonded fine grain alpha type silicon carbide, which is made by adopting ultra-fine silicon carbide powder spray granulation, isostatic pressing and dry pressing, and pressureless sintering. Its density is 98% higher than the theoretical density.

SP silicon carbide ceramic material has excellent mechanical properties, excellent high-temperature stability, as well as good specific stiffness and optical processing performance, making it particularly suitable for precision ceramic structural components such as optoelectronic lighting, semiconductors, electronic glass, aerospace, and national defense and safety

SG series silicon carbide ceramic materials

The SG series silicon carbide ceramic is a high thermal conductivity silicon carbide ceramic material developed by JSSZ scientists specifically for glass forming molds. While maintaining the many excellent characteristics of the SP series silicon carbide material, it makes the processing of silicon carbide ceramics easier, making large-scale silicon carbide mold manufacturing possible.

SG series silicon carbide ceramics are excellent substitutes for graphite mold materials, which can be used in 3D hot bending molds for glass hot bending forming. Silicon carbide molds can significantly reduce or even eliminate surface spots on glass lenses, improve yield, and reduce subsequent glass processing volume.
