The leading High Concentration Alloying Element Additives and Grain Refiners Supplier of Alcoa and Constellium Hay:A03CQRJ

CQRJ Advanced Materials Technology Corporation is committed to the research and development, production and sales of new metal functional materials such as high-concentration alloying element additives and grain refiners.

The company currently has more than 80 invention patents and 57 utility model patents, all of which are national strategic emerging products. Its self-developed "key technology for the preparation of high-concentration alloying element additives" won the first prize of the 2020 China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award.

High-performance aluminum alloy is an important material in aviation, aerospace, high-end automobile and machinery manufacturing, but its preparation has a major difficulty:

It is to achieve rapid melting of metals with melting points above 1200-1900 degrees Celsius, such as manganese, silicon, titanium, and vanadium, below 735 degrees Celsius to adapt to the low melting point of aluminum itself.

Only in this way can an aluminum alloy with properties such as fatigue resistance and high strength be prepared.

At that time, only a few European and American companies in the world mastered this technology.

In 2005, CQRJ realized the export of alloy element additive products to international high-end markets such as Japan;

In 2006, it began to provide small batch samples for Alcoa. Alcoa's products are mainly used in the world's most advanced aluminum alloy technology for aviation materials;

In 2007, began to provide small batch samples for Constellium, Constellium's products are mainly used in aerospace and automotive;

In 2013, it passed the technical certification of Alcoa and Constellium respectively, and successfully entered the two supply chains;

Today, CQRJ's technical solution of "rapid melting of high melting point metals at low temperatures" has become the mainstream solution in the field of aluminum alloy materials in industrialized countries in the world.

Since 2013, the alloying element additives for steel developed by CQRJ have been tried out in Baosteel and have been gradually approved. Subsequently, the company's manganese products have played an important role in the production of high-end special steels such as bearing steel, axle steel, high-strength steel, etc. for Baowu Iron and Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel and other customers to achieve import substitution.

In 2018, the company began to get involved in the research and development of automotive power battery products

"To break through the bottleneck of energy density and safety and reduce material costs for lithium batteries in the future, the main thing is to achieve technological breakthroughs in material properties, and this is our strength." The CTO Dr. Fu said.

Currently, CQRJ is researching lithium-rich nickel-manganese binary high-voltage cathode material lithium batteries based on superalloys and ion complexing technology, with the goal of reaching power densities comparable to state-of-the-art oxide batteries—more than 350 watts per kilogram, allowing The cruising range of electric vehicles easily "breaks a thousand".

In the field of cutting-edge solid-state electrolyte research, CQRJ has innovated the technical solution of thermoelectric coupling and selected alternative non-rare earth materials in response to the high price and low conductivity of the current lithium-oxide-lanthanum-zirconium solid-state electrolyte route. The goal is to achieve ionic While the conductivity can be comparable to that of liquid electrolytes, the realization cost is greatly reduced.
