On May 20, 2015, China's leading manufacturer of tungsten-molybdenum alloy materials: HNKJ Tungsten-Molybdenum Material Technology Corporation successfully realized the commercial production of nano-ceramic particle-enhanced high-performance tungsten-molybdenum alloy/high-strength and tough tungsten (molybdenum) alloy, the products, etc. The relevant technical indicators have reached the international advanced level.

Tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys have the advantages of high melting point, outstanding high temperature strength, good thermal vibration resistance, and radiation protection. They are widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, national defense, medical equipment, and electro-optical energy.

This technology uses soluble tungsten salt, molybdenum salt and nitrate as raw materials, through liquid-liquid mixing, co-precipitation, co-decomposition, combined with powder metallurgy process, to develop a new generation of tungsten-molybdenum alloy, and through ceramic particle strengthening, nano-fabrication synthesis and other technologies, fundamentally solve the problem of coarse and uneven distribution of ceramic particles added in the traditional way. At the same time, through crystallization, sintering and hot pressing technology, the tungsten and molybdenum grains are refined, and the interface with the tungsten and molybdenum matrix is ​​well combined, which significantly improves the strength, hardness, thermal vibration resistance and high temperature wear resistance of the tungsten and molybdenum alloy. The service life of tungsten-molybdenum alloy has been greatly improved, and the application range of tungsten-molybdenum alloy has been broadened.
