Tungsten and Molybdenum Products

Tungsten has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength and hardness, good performance at high temperature, low resistivity, small expansion coefficient, and small electronic work function; therefore it is the metal material which is most widely used in high-temperature conditions.

Molybdenum has good thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and low expansion coefficient (which is similar to glass for electronic tubes), and high strength at high temperature (1100~1650℃); compared to tungsten, it's easy to be processed, thus be widely applied in manufacturing of electronic tubes (grid and anode), and electric light source (support materials), and metal processing tools (die-cast and extrusion mold and perforation heads), and applied in the aerospace industry.

Master superalloys are mainly used to manufacture heat-resistant parts for aircraft engines, gas turbines and automotive turbochargers. Precision Alloys

Precision alloys are metal materials with special physical properties (such as magnetism, electricity, expansion, resistivity, etc.). Nanocrystalline Ribbons is an iron-based soft magnetic alloy materials with nanocrystalline structures (grain size ~10nm). Nanocrystalline Ribbons products are available as high precision iron-based nanocrystalline ribbon in thickness from 14 μm to 26 μm and widths from 2 mm to 80 mm, which can be made into various magnetic components including cores, devices, shielding sheets, etc. They can meet the performances of high frequency and low core loss simultaneously, and facilitate the development of electronic equipment towards the trend of high frequency, miniaturization, and lightweight.

Nanocrystalline Cores

Nanocrystalline cores can be classified as Common Mode Choke Cores (CMC), High Frequency Power Transformer Cores (HFPT) and Current Transformer Cores (CT) based on different uses and performances.

According to the magnetic properties of cores, selecting suitable compositions, the nanocrystalline ribbon is wound into cores of various shapes and sizes, such as toroidal, rectangular, C-shape or E-shape, etc. After specific heat treatment process, cores with required magnetic properties will be produced and encapsulated in accordance with customers' requirements.
