On July 18, 2022, the TJZW polyamide material project is one of the few intelligent production lines of high-performance polyamide materials in China.
The production line has successfully produced products with thicknesses from 10um to 30um and lengths from 2000 to 36000m. Through the implementation of the 'digital film making' technology, the output rate and yield of products have been greatly improved.
