After years of technological innovation and accumulation, NMBF Heavy Industry Technology Corporation has broken the long-term exclusive technology monopoly of Wyman-Gordon, and surpassed American companies in technology, and developed a 36,000-ton vertical extrusion press.
The company uses a 50,000-ton vertical extrusion press to manufacture high-temperature, high-pressure, large-diameter, thick-walled seamless steel pipes, which are widely used in power stations, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
NMBF also uses a 50,000-ton vertical extruder to produce large-scale powder superalloy bars, which are used to manufacture high-pressure turbine disks for aero-engines. NMBF is the third company in the world that can produce this kind of bar after Wyman-Gordon in the United States and Aubert & Duval in France.
In addition, the company also uses a 50,000-ton vertical extrusion press to manufacture high-performance large-diameter titanium alloy pipes.
