Recently, the world's leading die-casting solution provider, the Swiss Bühler Group, delivered the first 6100T super-large die-casting machine to a Chinese company and settled in DGYA Precision Manufacturing Corporation. At present, technicians are carrying out installation and debugging in an orderly manner.

The integrated die-casting of auto parts has broad prospects in terms of automobile lightweight and economic benefits. Compared with the "stamping + welding" method usually used in automobile manufacturing, the number of production parts required for integrated die casting as a new technology has dropped sharply, and the welding and gluing links have been greatly reduced, which greatly simplifies the overall production process of the body.

Bühler Group is a multinational company with a history of more than 160 years and is a global leader in the field of die casting equipment.

Many years ago, DGYA and Bühler Group discussed the possibility of introducing large-scale die-casting equipment into the Chinese market, and formally signed an order agreement in April last year. It took more than a year to deliver the super-large die-casting machine of over 400 tons to DGYA in batches, and it is expected to be commissioned and put into use in July.
