PCG
PCG is a kind of color coated glass, firmly painted with ink to make colored or transparent coating on the back side of glass substrate by using screen printing plate.
GDSB has established a wholly-owned subsidiary and set up the domestically largest and most advanced production line of color coated metal with annual capacity of 180,000 ton. the total annual capacity is up to 260,000 tons and can produce the domestic largest width of 1650 mm, which further broaden the application range of products.
The company is cooperating with major universities and research institutions to establish a national industry research, development and testing base in factory which further enhance company`s R&D ability and strengthen it`s leading position in its professional industry.
The company has a total of 128 patents, including 8 invention patents, 76 utility model patents and 4 design patents. Through independent research and development and technology accumulation, the company has mastered core key technologies such as composite and process control technology, professional dust-proof technology, far-infrared radiation heating technology, and positioning coating technology.
In 1995, the company established China's first roll high-gloss film production line, ending the history that China's household appliance industry can only rely on imports for its laminate products;
In 2000, the company developed the first production line in China that can produce both PCM and VCM;
In 2004, the highly weather-resistant perfluorocarbon film-covered panel was successfully developed, and the product application expanded to ceilings, DVD players, refrigerator side panels, etc.;
In 2006, the company independently developed heat-resistant composite materials, which were applied to gas water heater panels in large quantities;
In 2015, the company began research and development of lightweight metal composite panels, and independently developed the positioning coating and laminating process of TV back panels, which were applied to TV back panels in large quantities;
In 2017, the OCM composite board with independent intellectual property rights was successfully developed;
In 2019, the research and development of high-barrier, high-processability film laminated metal composite materials was successful.
