First of all, the thickness of the mobile phone screen backplane is required to be 0.1 mm, but the current limit rolling thickness of hard aluminum alloy foils worldwide is 0.15 mm, and only JSDL can achieve 0.1 mm or even 0.05 mm;


Secondly, the backplane of the mobile phone screen needs to be pulled out with a 0.68 mm high front camera hole at a thickness of 0.1 mm, and the material itself is not deformed or cracked. JSDL has overcome this problem. "


Before this all-aluminum mobile phone screen back panel was born, the material of the mobile phone screen back panel was mostly stainless steel. "Compared with steel, aluminum is not only light in weight, good in heat dissipation, but also non-magnetic . The only drawback is that it is not strong enough. Therefore, in the past, the backplane of mobile phone screens could only be made of stainless steel.


The global aluminum industry giant UACJ developed hard aluminum alloy foil as early as more than a decade ago, which not only improved the hardness of the aluminum itself, but also improved the toughness, which also made the aluminum used as the screen backplane "become possible ". However, due to the limitation of the rolling thickness and material strength limit, the aluminum screen backplane was only used in notebook computers, pads, etc., and the mobile phone screen backplane can only be made of stainless steel.


Since JSDL successfully produced the "world's first" all-aluminum mobile phone screen back panel, it has become the largest supplier of the global semiconductor display product leader "BOE", and many well-known brands such as Acer, Asus, Huawei, Xiaomi … They are also its customers.
