ZJYL Precision Casting Technology Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China YL Nuclear Power Valve Technology Group.
The company covers an area of 186 Mu with a building area of 56,000 square meters. It has a precision casting branch, a precision machining branch, a three-dimensional wooden mold warehouse, and a non-destructive testing center. The foundry branch adopts the alkaline phenolic resin sand casting process, equipped with multiple intermediate frequency electric furnaces and AOD refining furnaces, 10/20/30 tons/hour sand processing lines, one set of modeling drying lines and multiple continuous sand mixers. Equipped with fully computer controlled heat treatment furnace, shot blasting machine and other advanced casting equipment.
It can produce more than 10,000 tons of high-performance steel castings annually, with a maximum casting weight of 10 tons.
