On the morning of September 28, 2021, China SXBT Titanium Alloy Technology Corporation held the first delivery ceremony of large unit weight TC4 titanium alloy coils for aerospace fasteners in the hot rolling production line.
At the ceremony, Tao Hailin from the Titanium Alloy Wire Division introduced the background of the aerospace titanium alloy fastener project, the technical difficulties solved and the product delivery situation. The relevant personnel of the quality department interpreted the inspection situation of the fastener products. After testing, the chemical composition, structure, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances and surface quality of the four batches of coiled wire for TC4 fasteners produced by the wire factory are qualified and meet the requirements of the standard.
This order includes TC4 titanium alloy heavy coils with four typical specifications of Φ5, Φ6, Φ7, and Φ8mm.
