Applications:

1. High temperature filtration

Polyimide fiber has excellent high temperature stability, excellent dimensional stability and chemical stability, and the long-term use temperature can reach 260°C. As a safe and efficient filter material, it is used to remove dust from high-temperature flue gas in cement plants, coal-fired power plants, steel plants, waste incineration plants, metal smelters, chemical plants and other industries.

The limiting oxygen index (LOI) of polyimide fiber is as high as 38%. It is carbonized with high temperature and open flame without melting, self-extinguishing from the fire, non-toxic, and can ensure that the fabric has good mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high and low temperature environments. And it has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and UV resistance. It is an ideal material for making protective clothing. 3. Industrial flame-retardant insulation materials
