Recently, the first (set) domestically produced cold hydrogenation reactor made of N08810 for the Asian silicon industry project was officially shipped. The core material of the device-N08810 nickel-based alloy extra-thick steel plate is supplied by TGJT. This supply signifies that TGJT has successfully substituted imports for key materials in the photovoltaic polysilicon industry.
Polysilicon is the main raw material for solar panels in the photovoltaic industry, and its core production equipment-cold hydrogenation reactors are mostly made of N08810 nickel-based alloy extra-thick plates. This material has strict requirements for high temperature and pressure resistance, high wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance. It has been dependent on imports and has become a key part of China's polysilicon production "bottleneck".
In 2018, the TGJT joint research and development department, production process department, and technical department conducted repeated communications with major customers in the polysilicon industry, design institutes and equipment factories to jointly test and solve key problems. Relying on TGJT's strong technical research and development capabilities, the company finally successfully signed an order for the first domestically made cold hydrogenation reactor N08810 nickel-based alloy extra-thick plate, and completed the delivery of the order with high quality as scheduled.
