Chinese manufacturer of ultra-pure deformed superalloys and complex thin-walled superalloy structural parts has rapid profit growth Hay:A04JSTN

Since the announcement of the 2021 interim results, the financial report of JSTN Superalloy Technology Group shows that due to the strong downstream demand and the increase in business orders, the company achieved revenue of 547 million yuan and net profit of 188.3 million yuan in the first half of this year, an increase of 35.67 year-on-year respectively. %, 124.64%.

JSTN is one of the few companies in China that can mass-produce deformed superalloys and cast superalloys (master alloys, precision castings) products at the same time. In the first half of the year, military products accounted for 63.49% of the main business income; benefited from the increase in sales revenue, Product cost control.

STN products are mainly used in military and high-end civilian fields including aero engines, gas turbines, and nuclear power equipment. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's aerospace industry, the company's demand for superalloy products has grown rapidly. In the first half of this year, the company achieved revenue of 258 million yuan from casting superalloys, a year-on-year increase of 57.11%; and wrought superalloys achieved revenue of 193 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.03%.

In order to solve the bottleneck of insufficient capacity of the company's existing high-temperature alloy materials and precision castings, the company raised an annual output of 1,000 tons of ultra-pure high-performance superalloys and 8,300 complex thin-walled high-temperature alloy structural parts through an IPO last year.

When talking about the progress of the above-mentioned fund-raising projects, STN revealed: "The company's annual production of 8,300 complex thin-walled superalloy structural parts is expected to be completed by the end of 2022; the project products are planned based on the actual needs of the current scientific research and production tasks. Yes, considering the increase in future demand and the batch production of products undertaking research and development tasks. The annual production of 1,000 tons of ultra-pure high-performance superalloy materials construction project is expected to be completed in July 2022, and the annual output of deformed superalloy products will be increased by 650 Ton."
