"Once an ordinary cable catches fire, it will produce a lot of smoke and pose a major safety hazard. However, this new type of cable generates only a very small amount of gas in the combustion environment, has a strong light transmittance, has a small impact on the line of sight, and has higher safety performance." According to SXYG CTO Si Kailong introduced that this new type of cable will not produce toxic and corrosive gases during the thermal decomposition process of combustion. The product is mainly used in densely populated places such as coal mines, real estate, shopping malls and so on.
The new type of halogen-free low-smoke power cable products for coal mines independently developed and produced by SXYG have been tested by authoritative organizations, and all performances meet the requirements of national and industry standards, reaching the leading domestic level, and have successfully obtained the mining product safety mark certificate. The company is the first company in China to obtain the safety mark certificate for such products.
The cable adopts non-polluting new special materials and emits very little acid gas during production, use and combustion, which can effectively avoid secondary pollution. Because it does not contain lead, cadmium and other heavy metals that are harmful to the human body, it will not pollute the soil or water when the cable is used and disposed of, and it is more environmentally friendly than traditional cables.
