In addition, DKCQ took 7 years to develop the latest generation of scintillation crystal materials with independent intellectual property rights: a new type of scintillation crystal with large size and low afterglow (scientific name: 3-inch Ce:GAGG material). These scintillation crystals are key parts of a new generation of high-end X-ray security inspection machines, TOF-PET detectors, medical CT and other high-end equipment, which can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of security inspection and inspection systems.

DKCQ scintillation crystal materials has a strong R&D team: members are mainly composed of post-80s and post-90s, all with a master’s degree or above, including professionals in single crystal growth equipment manufacturing, crystal growth, performance characterization, processing and component production.
