Recreus launches conductive Filaflex TPU filament for 3D printing

Recreus launched Conductive Filaflex, a new flexible conductive TPU filament for 3D printing. Conductive Filaflex is a new flexible conductive TPU filament, ideal for manufacturing conductive parts or components and creating wearable devices.

Recreus continues to innovate. This time, it continues to bring innovations and solutions to the FDM flexible material field, launching filaments with the two most coveted properties in 3D printing, namely flexibility and conductivity.

The new Conductive Filaflex is a flexible filament with a Shore hardness of 92A and a resistance value of about 3.9Ω-cm. It is a kind of TPU filament with great potential, designed for the manufacture of conductive parts and components, and is an ideal choice for the manufacture of wearable devices.

In addition, it can also be used for conductive circuits used in printed flexible electronic devices, such as electromagnetic signal isolators, pressure-sensitive buttons, or used to connect computers, joysticks, Arduino, numeric keyboards, touch pads, and even surface electrodes. application.

Conductive Filaflex has unlimited possibilities in the entire field, which is why it was quickly sold out after it was launched a few months ago. Now, after the recent restocking, this new and unique high-potential filament is on the market again, but in very limited quantities.

The material melts at a printing temperature between 245°C and 250°C and must be printed very slowly at a speed of 20 mm/sec. It is available on the Recreus website. It is 500 grams in size, has two diameters (1.75 mm and 2.85 mm), and is only available in black.
